Here are my tips for optimising mental health that have worked for me.

I follow a diet that is based on healthy principles and suits my particular dietary needs.

I enjoy getting exercise whether it is walking my dog, riding my electric bike, or tending to my garden.

Relationships are critical to my well being, so I nurture them as my highest priority.

Social connection is intrinsic to well being so I maximise any opportunities for this throughout the day.

Checking in with my psychiatrist keeps me on track.

Living and following my spiritual beliefs gives me a profound sense of peace.

My pets give me the highest unconditional love and healing.

Life is a journey and we never stop learning, growing and evolving.
