A Little Bit About Me

I'm a Melbourne girl who doesn't want anything to come between me and my coffee AND doesn't follow a football team...but there's still time yet!

I grew up in the 60s when freedom was the norm and I made mud pies in the street. I had a traditional Presbyterian upbringing and was the youngest of four with loving parents.

My 20s were a time of understanding who I was which meant travel abroad, traversing careers and searching for a life partner.

Next came setting up home and raising two daughters with my husband, Grant. But like everyone, I experienced difficulty too and life was not working out as I'd hoped. I was facing pregnancy issues, challenging mental health issues for myself and my husband and the reality of unmet expectations in relationships.

I pursued and exhausted all methods of overcoming this difficult time. This led me to explore and discover my purpose, improve my wellbeing and learn to honour my own needs.

I'm better than okay now. In fact, my life is beyond my expectations. I want this for you too.
